ATW Venture Corp.: Burnakura Core Drill Program to Resume

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 10, 2008) - ATW Venture Corp. (TSX VENTURE:ATW) ("ATW" or the "Company") is pleased to report that an initial 10,000 metre drill contract has been awarded to Swick Mining Services, an Australian drilling company. Drilling is scheduled to commence at the Company's wholly owned Burnakura Gold Mine, July 21st, 2008.

The Burnakura Gold Mine is located in the West Yilgarn goldfields of Western Australia on 58.8 square kilometers of mining leases and prospecting licenses. Infrastructure includes a fully permitted 160,000-tonne-per-year (450 tonnes per day) CIL gold plant, rolling stock, underground equipment, workshops, office space and a 90-man camp. The project covers 12 kilometers of prospective strike length along a major auriferous shear zone and mesothermal gold system. Historic production on the project focused on lower-grade surface oxides, which had been historically mined from 15 open pits stretching along the entire 12 kilometers of strike length.

Drilling will primarily target depth extensions of the NOA2 underground development, where recent step-out drilling returned 11.2 g/t Au over of 9 metres and 11.96 g/t over 3 metres.

The drill program is designed to:

- Extend the known mineralization in NOA2 to the north and down plunge;

- Convert historical inferred resources to measured & indicated resources;

- Enhance confidence in the mineralization for additional mine planning and development;

- Test NOA 2 deeps beyond 150m, to increase NOA 2 resources;

- Confirm and extend the resources at NOA 7-8 (1500m north of NOA 2, along the Burnakura shear zone);

- Confirm and extend the resource underlying the Alliance pit (3500m south of NOA2, along the Burnakura shear zone);

- Test additional regional targets; and

- Import results from this program into the current drill-hole database to upgrade the NI 43-101 geological and resource models.

The expected outcome will be to increase the life of mine plan currently planned around NOA 2.

ATW is fully committed to building long term production at both the Burnakura and Gullewa gold mines, and has recently engaged the services of Mining Plus Pty. Ltd., of Perth, Australia, to optimize mining plans for the Company.

Brent Butler, CEO & President, commented, "This recent addition of Mining Plus, working in tandem with ATW's geological team, will be extremely beneficial in maintaining cost effective mining operations. With both Burnakura and Gullewa in production, ATW is expecting to produce over 100,000 ounces gold per annum."
