ATWEC Technologies Inc. Delivers Kiddie Systems to Major South Carolina Headstart Group

SHARE Headstart Awards ATWEC Contract to Outfit Its Fleet of Buses

MEMPHIS, TN--(Marketwire - September 5, 2007) - ATWEC Technologies Incorporated (PINKSHEETS: ATWT) announced today that as a result of ATWEC representatives having attended recent trade shows and conferences, orders for the company's products are starting to come in.

Last week, the ATWEC manufacturing and engineering department outfitted SHARE (Sunbelt Human Advancement Resources, Inc.) Headstart's entire fleet of buses with the Kiddie Voice© and Kiddie Alert™ child safety products. Much credit is given to Mr. Jerome Thompson (Transportation Director of SHARE Headstart), who first met Alex Wiley, the CEO of ATWEC, at the National Headstart Conference in San Antonio in April 2007.

At the conference, Mr. Thompson got a hands-on experience with ATWEC products. Wiley helped demonstrate specific aspects of the products, especially those pertaining to system functioning and the warning mechanisms embedded in the products. "The technologies surrounding the Kiddie Alert™ and Kiddie Voice© products are superior to any I have seen," said Mr. Thompson. ATWEC's participation in nationally-acclaimed transportation expos and conferences is playing a vital role in the company's ability to display and market its products within the industry. Being a leader in the child safety industry, ATWEC understands the importance of meeting and greeting potential clients at every opportunity.

ATWEC, Inc., designs products for the childcare safety industry with a focus on child safety in transportation. ATWEC's signature Kiddie Systems™ product line helps to save lives by alerting drivers to potential child backover accidents as well as accidental child abandonment on childcare and school bus vehicles.
