Entrée selections include 10oz. Wagyu Heart of Ribeye, Roasted Garlic Basil Beurre Noisette, Potatoes Dauphinoise, Roasted Courgette, Asparagus Tower or Lavender Infused 8oz. Yellowfin Breadloaf Tuna, Champagne Beurre Blanc, Truffled Heirloom Baby Carrots, Quinoa, Cous-Cous Caviar.

Before toasting to the end of the evening, guests are invited to indulge in something sweet.
