Audian Provides 80th Salvation Army Branch with Cloud-Based, Self-Service Telecom Solution

Spanning eleven states, telecom services for 80 Salvation Army branches are now streamlined under Audian's Customer Portal to address outages, services issues or the need for new lines without needing a technician onsite. Audian's new services have freed up internal IT resources and provided an estimated 85% savings on the Salvation Army's telecom costs.
