AudioEye Launches Web A11y Management Platform®, Creating Technology and Sales Operating Groups Focused on Revenue Growth and Technology Proliferation

Better Aligns AudioEye for Continued Growth and Expansion by Leveraging Patented Technology Towards Maximizing the Value of Software Asset Creation

TUCSON, AZ--(Marketwired - Nov 11, 2014) - AudioEye®, Inc. (OTCQB: AEYE) ("AudioEye") ("the Company") today announced that it has created technology, sales and operations management teams for its new Web A11y Management Platform® ("Web A11y"). The purpose of Web A11y is to focus technical and sales resources on AudioEye's Internet accessibility technology solution, which will now be known as the Web A11y Management Platform. The change will allow AudioEye to expand its lead within the Internet and mobile assistive technology sector.

The Web A11y Platform provides a complete, multi-layered solution for organizations looking to comply with Section 508 best practices. Its capabilities and feature list continue to grow at a rapid pace, with some of the latest additions to the platform including enhancements to the AudioEye accessibility help desk, referred to as "Ally".

When organizations commit to providing stakeholders with inclusive web experiences, they sometimes provide access to support help desks that provide stakeholders with an option for submitting trouble tickets or providing end-user feedback on the accessibility and usability of electronic information technologies. While this is most commonly the exception and not the rule, AudioEye is expanding on the concept and introducing solutions that allow any organization to quickly and efficiently adopt strategies that demonstrate a conscious commitment to maintaining accessible web environments. With Ally, AudioEye makes available dedicated accessibility specialists to assist users and address the needs of those utilizing AudioEye-enabled websites.

This new paradigm will consist of four different options for end-users that might be looking for support or guidance as they traverse client websites that have adopted the AudioEye Web A11y Management Platform. Users will be able to submit a trouble ticket, engage in real-time chat dialogue, or even place a phone call to speak with an accessibility specialist. As a fourth option, web developers will be able to submit suggested remediation updates through the platform, which may publish as a compliance fix that is applied to the site when the AudioEye script is executed.

Through a phased approach, Ally services will be launching over the coming weeks. These tools will provide publishers with yet another layer of accessibility services that directly empower end-users to voice any concerns and issues that might be impeding their access. Such feedback can directly improve the level of access, compliance, and usability for all users of AudioEye-enabled websites. Each of the new Ally features will be fully managed through the Company's secure client portal.

In conjunction with this effort to expand the Accessibility Help Desk for publishers using the Web A11y Platform, AudioEye is also extending the capabilities of developer toolsets available through the platform. Already, real-time and automated accessibility checks can be conducted for any specific page across an AudioEye-enabled website. These ad hoc tools provide developers with instant feedback on their level of adherence to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0). As automated checks are conducted against the globally recognized success criteria outlined within these guidelines, developers are provided immediate insight into many compliance issues that tend to impede the access of site visitors.

In coming weeks, AudioEye will further enhance the Accessibility Audit reporting tools made available through the platform and strive to become the gold standard for developers and website owners looking for a single-source Web Accessibility tracking and implementation solution that is very helpful in conducting an evidence-based Accessibility Audit or Gap Analysis. These solutions allow developers to not only understand their compliance situation through both automated and manual testing services, but they also provide a means for taking this important information and using it to fix compliance issues through the AudioEye platform or through direct source modification. Regardless of the approach taken, these solutions empower Web developers to better understand the different compliance shortfalls that might exist in their implementations and provide in-depth insight into the different options for improving the accessibility and usability of their publications.

The AudioEye Web A11y Management Platform is the only enterprise-level solution that allows organizations to recognize, remediate, and report the real-time accessibility status of their digital assets, while also providing site visitors with freely available tools that make the Internet easier to use, understand, and interact with. Together with the new Ally service offering and the existing AudioEye Screen Reader -- the world's first and only free cross-platform, cross-browser, cloud-based website screen reader -- organizations are able to adopt an all-inclusive Web Accessibility strategy.

Simultaneously, the Audio Internet division will focus on building upon the ongoing success of the Intellectual Priority Licensing strategy, expanding the reach of the Company's patented technology into non-core verticals, and creating passive revenue streams.
