AudioEye Partners With Strategic Small Business, eTRANSERVICES, for Competitive Advantage in Federal Government Marketplace

TUCSON, AZ and FREDERICKSBURG, VA--(Marketwired - Apr 17, 2014) -  AudioEye, Inc. (OTCQB: AEYE) has formed a partnership with eTRANSERVICES as part of a strategic sales effort to capture contract awards and strengthen the Company's competitive advantage within the federal government marketplace. As a small business, eTRANSERVICES offers real-time, 'boots on the ground' information and very strong relationships with several key federal agencies. These advantages are expected to translate into significant contract opportunities for AudioEye's Audio Internet® Accessibility platform.

"We are very enthusiastic about the partnership with eTRANSERVICES," commented Paul Arena, Executive Chairman of AudioEye, Inc. "Its strategic business status and procurement expertise in the government sector offer many possibilities for AudioEye."

As a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Small Business Administration (SBA) Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) firm, eTRANSERVICES maintains two of the highest priority business certifications when it comes to federal government contracting. Currently, statutory goals established by federal executive agencies call for at least 3% of all contracts to be awarded to SDVOSBs and another 3% to HUBZone firms, effectively carving out more than $35 billion annually in potential federal contracts for companies holding these particular business designations. In addition, some agencies go above and beyond the 3% threshold for such small businesses. For example, SDVOSBs have a very strong advantage within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), whereby qualifying small businesses can receive multi-million-dollar contracts on a sole-sourced basis. eTRANSERVICES has contracting relationships (approved means of doing business) with these agencies.

eTRANSERVICES' recent Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) certification significantly enhances its business development potential across all Federal agencies. This designation allows companies to negotiate sole-sourced contracts valued at up to $3.5 million each with all federal agencies.

"This partnership improves our product and service offerings and enables our clients to meet Section 508 compliancy," said Chris Beckford, President of eTRANSERVICES, LLC. "Virtually all federal agencies are under a great deal of pressure to provide web accessibility solutions for disabled Americans, but many are simply unaware that a product like the Audio Internet exists. I expect AudioEye's accessibility platform to gain acceptance rapidly, and we are excited to play a role in this process by introducing the Audio Internet to key federal agencies."

As a provider of enterprise information technology, application and Web services, AudioEye offers a product that is highly compatible with eTRANSERVICES' core competencies. AudioEye's platform is the first technology that fully complies with such federal mandates as the Communications & Video Accessibility Act (CVAA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. With the Audio Internet, federal agencies can ensure that the disabled community has access to essential information about critical government resources via computers or mobile devices, without having to utilize a monitor or mouse.

This partnership was orchestrated by K3 Strategic Development Group (www.k3grp.com).
