AudioEye and Virtual World Computing Enter Into Licensing Agreements Valued Over $1 Million to Develop and Distribute Collaborative Technologies

Parties Estimate That Millions of Users Will Benefit From Secure and Accessible Experiences Online

SANTA BARBARA, CA and TUCSON, AZ--(Marketwired - Oct 8, 2014) - AudioEye®, Inc. (OTCQB: AEYE) ("AudioEye" or "the Company"), creator of the Audio Internet® patented audio browsing and automated publishing technology platform, today announced that it has entered into cross-licensing and reseller agreements with Virtual World Computing and their Cocoon branded secure browser ("Cocoon") to initially several millions of Internet users via their laptops and mobile devices. Cocoon estimates it will reach a volume of several hundred thousand people prior to the end of this year. Additionally over the next year, Cocoon expects to finalize agreements with other technology companies to provide their technology to tens of millions of users.

Cocoon adds virus protection, privacy, and spam-free email addresses to the everyday browsing experience of end users and as a result of this agreement, one of the most robust audio enabled secure browser solutions available.
