Augme Technologies Launches New Branding to Embrace Recent Growth

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Jul 7, 2011) - Augme Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: AUGT), a technology and services leader in interactive media marketing that offers the only patented and innovative end-to-end mobile marketing platform, announced the launch of its new branding, which will be initially unveiled today on the Company's website, following a watershed year in Fiscal 2011, during which the Company experienced more than a 700% increase in revenue over the previous year.

Augme launched its mobile marketing business over six years ago as a start-up, and the Company achieved quarterly revenue of approximately $1.0 million for the first time in the fourth quarter of Fiscal 2011. The Company's growth has been particularly fueled this past year by the development of mobile marketing strategies for a growing number of blue chip brands, including Kellogg Company, News Corp. of America, LIONSGATE®, Constellation Wines U.S., and several leading pharmaceutical and consumer products companies.

A key element in Augme's emergence as an industry leader extending brands to the mobile environment, involves its patented AD LIFE™ platform, which utilizes the most advanced mobile-content adaptation software in the industry.
