One of the more popular ones in the region is the M.S. Dixie II Sunset Dinner Cruise. This three hour and thirty minute long cruise includes dinner and a "welcome aboard" glass of champagne. Additionally, the cruise boasts live entertainment from the Steve Walker Band. This trip is a particularly popular one due to the scenery, dinner and entertainment provided during the voyage. Comedian Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias will also be making an appearance in the area in early August, performing in Reno on the 9th of the month. Finally, the month of August will also boast a performance from the very popular Jewish Reggae-Rock singer Matisyahu. He will be performing in Reno alongside Makua Rothman on August 26th.
