Aura Minerals Announces Resignation of CFO, Effective Post Year-End

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - September 12, 2016) - Aura Minerals Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: ORA) announces that the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Rory Taylor has notified the Company that he will be leaving to pursue personal and other business interests.

Mr. Taylor will continue to serve the Company in his current role through to the Company's year-end, which is December 31, 2016 and will assist with the Company's process in identifying a successor as well as transition to that successor.
