Auric Mining Company Receives NI 43-101 Geological Report on Its Dolly Lake Property

WILMINGTON, DE--(Marketwire - March 1, 2011) - Auric Mining Corp. (PINKSHEETS: AUMY) (the "Company") reports that the Company is pleased to announce that it has received an NI 43-101 qualifying report on its property referred to as Dolly Lake. The property was obtained by Auric Mining Co. through an option agreement with Dog Lake Exploration.

The report was prepared and completed on January 30, 2011 by Mr. John Pearson, M.Sc., P.Geo. of Pearson Exploration Ltd. located in Saskatoon, Sask. Mr. Pearson has over 35 years working as a Geologist for some of the largest mining companies around the world. Most notably, he worked with Cominco Ltd. for a 15 year period and was very actively involved in field exploration throughout the Canadian Shield, Arctic Islands, Greenland, and Turkey. In 1986, while working for the Govt. of Saskatchewan he mapped the Dolly Grid as part of a program to examine the mineral deposits of the Kisseynew Domain.

Since receiving the report, the Company has been evaluating its results and Mr. Pearson's interpretations and recommendations. He has proposed a $1,000,000.00 two phase work program in order to test the property for the presence of an economic gold-quartz vein system. Auric Mining will be releasing the results of Mr. Pearson`s report in a future press release.
