Aurionpro Embarks on HR Transformation, Appoints Deependra Chumble as Chief People Officer

He will serve on the Management team of the company and report to COO, Nirav Shah.

Deependra will be based out of the company's headquarters in Mumbai and be part of the company's executive management holding global responsibility for transformation, strategy and execution for the Human Resources function. His key responsibilities will include Corporate HR, employee and talent management, organizational performance planning and management, HR service delivery management, compliance & governance regulation.

Deependra brings over 29 years leadership and multi-cultural experience in the Human Resources function across multiple industries. He has built a career in engineering and managing performance driven work cultures. Organization Team Building, Restructuring, Change Management, Aligning HR to Business, Culture building and HR metrics are some of his strength areas and he has been part of the senior management teams now for over 25 years. He has managed large HR teams spread over different locations and has transformed the HR function to be a strategic differentiator to business. Most recently, he was Head of Corporate HR at L&T Infotech. In the past he has had successful stints at Indian Hotels (Taj Group), ANZ Grindlays, HSBC, eFunds, IT 20, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan and Hexaware Technologies.
