Aurionpro's Accelerate Program Attracts Talent From IITs & IIMs for Fostering Innovation

The internship program 'Aurionpro Accelerate' is designed to attract the best of talent from Academia to foster innovation that makes a real business impact. It also offers the interns an opportunity to work on projects that have a faster time-to-market cycle and offers solutions to real-world business problems that need speedy resolution.

Aurionpro's Accelerate global internship program is an in-depth internship program designed to help Aurionpro collaborate with talent in academia around the world to come in and solve some of the innovation challenges for Aurionpro. Areas where the interns would work on include product design, product strategy, technology, engineering, sales, marketing and human resources functions. The interns recruited as part of accelerate work directly with the Aurionpro's leaders to solve business challenges relatively.

The interns are selected for the internship program through a process comprising of initial shortlisting, preliminary technical assessments followed by final interviews. The batch for 2016 has a selected batch of 10 students across IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Lucknow and Ranchi will join the management internship program, where they will be trained across functions such as marketing, HR, finance, and product innovation on Aurionpro's upcoming initiatives. The second phase of this program will have 6 students from IIT Chennai, Kanpur, and NIT Rourkela join the undergraduate internship program. This batch of interns will work with Aurionpro senior architects on the latest technology projects to drive our innovative objectives.
