Aurora Solar Technologies Engages New Investor Relations Professionals


NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 16, 2015) - Aurora Solar Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ACU) ("Aurora" or the "Company") announces that it has entered into an agreement with Nina Lafleur to provide investor relations services to the Company in North America. In consideration of her services, Ms. Lafleur will be paid $5,000 per month (plus GST) and will be granted 150,000 incentive stock options, which shall vest over a period of twelve months and be exercisable at $0.30 per share for a period of five years. The initial term of the agreement is for one year.

In addition, Aurora has engaged "bull markets media" and its principal, Alexander Schornstein, to assist with investor relations activities, primarily in Europe. In consideration, the Company will grant 150,000 incentive stock options, which shall also vest over a period of twelve months and be exercisable at $0.30 per share for a period of five years. The initial term of this agreement is also for one year.

The agreements, together with the granting of the stock options, are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
