AURUS Retains Independent Geologist Firm

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - September 19, 2007) - AURUS CORP (PINKSHEETS: AURC) announces that its board has authorized that a geological report be made to further ascertain the mineral content of its reserves. The report shall be an Instrument 43-101 which follows the National Standards of Disclosure For Minerals.

"This is the highest international standard used to verify and confirm our gold deposits," states Fedor Dovgan, president. He adds, "We are absolutely certain of the content of our minerals and, consequently, we do not hesitate to have this independent report produced."
