Auto Plus(SM) Strengthens Distribution Portfolio in Maryland

KENNESAW, GA--(Marketwired - December 17, 2015) - Auto Plus President and Chief Executive Officer Brent Windom today announced the acquisition of East End Auto Parts in Hagerstown, Maryland. This tuck-in acquisition expands Auto Plus' footprint in Maryland to 19 stores.

"The acquisition of East End Auto Parts adds to our distribution model and expands our footprint in the western Maryland market," said Windom. "As we pursue our rapid growth plan across the U.S., we will continue to identify key markets where our density can be increased. The acquisition of East End Auto Parts was finalized on December 14, 2015.
