Automated Benefits Corp. Announces Private Placement Offering

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - April 17, 2007) -


Automated Benefits Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:AUT) is pleased to announce its plans to raise approximately $2,000,000 through the issuance of units (the "Offering"), each unit consisting of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant shall entitle the holder to acquire one common share for a period of 24 months following the private placement closing date. Total participation in the Offering by insiders of the Company will not exceed $500,000.

The net proceeds of this Offering shall be used for sales and marketing, new market expansion and general working capital purposes.

The Offering is scheduled to close on or about April 30, 2007 and is subject to the receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company's common shares are currently listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "AUT". Application will be made to the TSX Venture Exchange to list the additional common shares to be offered under the Offering.
