First Stop -- Sydney on 8 February

The first stop on the tour is North Sydney on Tuesday, 8 February at the Vibe Hotel from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Local IT services guru Nathan Franks of Dynamic Business Technologies is one of the featured speakers.

"We were one of the first IT Service providers in NSW to take the leap to automate many of our back-office and service delivery processes," said Franks. "We were like the cobbler whose children had no shoes. We were deploying the latest technologies for our clients, but were still running our own business without the latest business management tools." During the event, Franks will share how he went about identifying and adopting more efficient ways to automate the key IT business processes of his company.

Second Stop -- Melbourne on 10 February

The second stop on the tour is Melbourne on Thursday, 10 February at the Vibe Savoy Hotel from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Local IT business guru Tristan Ellett of Bigfish Technology is one of the featured speakers.

"Service providers here in Melbourne have a tremendous opportunity to get more organised, improve service delivery, and together provide a superior, full-service solution to our customers using the latest business management software," said Ellett. "We made the leap, and now we're a better business because of it." During the event, Ellett will share how he went about improving his business operations by implementing an all-in-one, hosted IT business management platform.

Third Stop -- Brisbane on 15 February

The third stop on the tour is Brisbane on Tuesday, 15 February at The Hilton Brisbane Hotel from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Local IT business guru Brendan Gibson of AnswersIT is one of the featured speakers.

"Most Service providers here in Brisbane are so busy servicing our clients that we never seem to have the time to manage our own internal business operations," said Gibson. "Previously we used a stand-alone help desk tool, but the rest of our customer information was in other places. By migrating to Autotask we improved our systems, business workflow and profitability has never been better!" During the event, Gibson will share how he uses the latest IT business management tools to run his business more profitably, and show off an integration he built between Autotask and MYOB.

Who Should Attend

Each of the three afternoon sessions feature case studies, IT services management tips and real-world examples from local Autotask customers to improve service delivery, streamline billing, and boost overall business productivity and profits.

"The IT sector in Australia has only scratched the surface when it comes to adopting purpose-built Professional Service Automation (PSA) software, such as Autotask, to better manage and grow their businesses," said David Salzberg, who heads up Autotask's International sales team. "Many solution providers still rely on spreadsheets, whiteboards and home-grown solutions to run their operations, and the result can be a lack of organisation, inefficient operations, missed customer service opportunities and below-par profitability."

Seating is available free-of-charge to qualified IT service and solution providers, managed services providers (MSPs), value-added resellers of technology (VARs) or technology dealers doing business throughout Australia.
