Avail-TVN to Provide MPEG-4 Video Services to Cobridge Communications

Cable Systems in Two Markets Will Be First to Move to Avail-TVN's Hosted MPEG-4 Delivery and System Management Services

CLEARWATER, FL--(Marketwire - February 28, 2011) - NCTC Winter Educational Conference -- Avail-TVN, the largest digital media services company in North America, today announced that Cobridge Communications is the latest multi-system cable operator in the United States to choose its MPEG-4 video solution. Through an agreement with systems integrator Evolution Digital that leverages low-cost set-top box technology and with conditional access from Conax, Cobridge's affiliates in Georgia and Missouri will be the first locations to deploy Avail-TVN's MPEG-4 solution. Cobridge services more than 65,000 subscribers across seven states.

Avail-TVN will provide Cobridge with a complete hosted solution, managing media gateways, encoding, transport, conditional access and content aggregation.

Avail-TVN possesses an extensive content library, including transport rights from the top national programmers, including ABC-Disney, NBC Universal, MTV Networks, and Fox Cable Networks.
