Avaya Announces 2014 Channel Partners of the Year and 2015 Channel Priorities

These channel partners were recognized at its annual Americas Executive Partner Forum in Cancun, Mexico, an event to drive partner engagement and focus on growth priorities for the year.

The Avaya Connect Partner Program is a global reseller program that makes it easy for partners to get fast access to Avaya resources and innovations. This year, Avaya focused on the transformation occurring in the industry and how channel partners can capitalize on the shift. The event also celebrated those Avaya Connect Channel Partners who have successfully driven business outcomes for their customers. These partners are all top producers for services, have strong renewal rates, and have demonstrated creative business practices focused on selling Avaya Preferred Maintenance offerings

  • Support Services Partner of the Year (US): NACR
  • Support Services Partner of the Year (Americas International): TELMEX (Mexico)

Services Innovation Partner of the Year: The winners in this category found new and innovative ways to bring to market the Avaya advanced services solutions, including the integration with private and public cloud offerings.
