Avaya Government Solutions Wins 5-Year Contract With Administrative Office of United States Courts

Extending 15-Year Relationship, Enterprise Communications Leader Awarded Services Support Contract for United States Courts Nationwide


FAIRFAX, VA--(Marketwire - Apr 21, 2011) - Avaya Government Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Avaya, today announced that it has been awarded a key professional services contract by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AO) to provide software development support, testing and training for the case management and electronic case files system of District, Bankruptcy and Appellate Courts.

The five-year contract was awarded under the Judiciary Multiple Awards Services (JMAS) III program. It consolidates three prior AO services contracts into one under which Avaya will support the AO and U.S. Courts nationwide.

Avaya will provide full life-cycle software development support of AO and U.S. Courts docketing and case management applications, including research, analysis, development, testing and validation. It will deliver training, provide maintenance for the federal courts' current case management and electronic case files system, and support development of the U.S. Courts' next generation project.
