Avaya Learning Recognizes Jenne, Inc. for Training Excellence for Third Quarter in a Row With "Highest Student Satisfaction" and "Highest Response Rate"

For Q2, Jenne University Captures Both Avaya Learning Awards for U.S. Region

AVON, OH--(Marketwire - Aug 15, 2012) -  Jenne, Inc., a leading value-added distributor of IP telephony, audio and video conferencing, unified communications, data networking and IT security products, announced that it has been recognized as a recipient of the Avaya Learning Partner's (ALP) Recognition Program for the third quarter in a row. For Q2, Jenne was the sole recipient of Avaya Learning Partner awards for the U.S. region, capturing the "Highest Student Satisfaction" and "Highest Response Rate."

The Avaya Learning "Highest Student Satisfaction Award" recognizes Jenne as having attained the highest level of satisfaction among students, while the "Highest Response Rate Award" refers to Jenne as having received the highest survey participation among students during Q2, 2012. ALS surveys are routinely used to rate quality of content, instructor, lab equipment and other important considerations.

Avaya rolled out the recognition program during Q4 of last year and its awards are based on data from Knowledge Advisors' MTM (Metrics that Matter) tool and then compared with its GlobalWare Solutions reports of distributed courseware kits. Avaya Learning recognizes Learning Partners' achievements in the across the globe each quarter.
