Following a successful IPO in 2013, RingCentral continues to grow rapidly and expand its business across the globe with its expanding sales representatives serving 300,000+ customers. As a result, a critical need that the executive management team identified was scalable, reliable analytical solutions delivering insights to help sales managers and sales reps exceed their quarterly targets.
