Award: Top Technology Innovators Named by e.Republic


FOLSOM, CA--(Marketwire - March 4, 2009) - e.Republic's Government Technology magazine and Center for Digital Government named top public-sector officials from across the U.S. in the 8th annual "Doers, Dreamers and Drivers" award program. Profiled in the March issue of Government Technology magazine, they comprise government officials who implemented significant technology changes in 2008 that reshaped government operations for the better. Also named in this year's awards were two private-sector individuals who were instrumental in creating the Web 2.0 campaign used by President Obama's run for the White House.

Honorees included Utah Governor, Jon Huntsman Jr., California Secretary of State, Debra Bowen, and Michigan Chief Technology Officer, Vivek Kundra.
