Award Winning Children's Book Author Max Releases "Sing With Max" Music CD Featuring Songs That Address Social Issues

"Sing With Max" Children's Music CD Album Is Officially Released Addressing Social Issues for Parents and Children Like Reading a Book, Anti-Bullying, Fitting In, Healthy Cooking, and Having to Move

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 12, 2013) - Get ready to raise your paws up, wag your tail and sing and dance with Max. If you are not familiar with Max, he is an Award winning Children's Book Author and Dog.

Max and his owner, Anthony M.T. Majewski, of the award winning children's books series "Read With Max" will launch their first children's CD "Sing with Max," with the help of several award winning writers, composers, and artists.

Max began his artistic career with Majewski in 2009. That's when Majewski and his wife wrote their first "Read With Max" book, titled "Dogs Move Too!" The book, written from a canine's perspective, is about having to move to a new home.

"Read With Max" series started out as a hobby but seeing the joy on children's faces and parents asking for more, it's starting to become more of a business and recognized brand. One way we promote our books is through Twitter. Max's brand popularity has reached over 65,000 followers from all over the world, " states Majewski. "Kids and adults just love him."

Thanks to social media Max was put him in touch with contacts in the music and children's TV industries. In 2010, Center Sound Records, Inc. of Raleigh, North Carolina, the label behind "Sing with Max," officially signed their first dog to the music label.

Center Sound Records along with Emmy nominated music Producer & Composer, Craig Brandwynne initially produced songs one at a time, such as the pro-literacy song "Read a Book" performed by artist Marissa Begin.

Online demand eventually convinced the Studio and Max to work on compiling a full album. Max initial songs popularity achieved the #1 ranking nationally, #1 globally for the children's category, and #132 of all genres among over three million independent music artists on the popular website Reverbnation.com. In 2013, Max has even won a 2013 People Choice Silver Telly award for his music promotional video.

With a total of 14 tracks (7 song tracks, 7 Karaoke tracks) "Sing With Max" album addresses social issues like reading a book, anti-bullying, fitting in, working dogs for those with disabilities, healthy cooking, and having to move, and even a fun holiday song too. Of course, children are encouraged to learn about music, sing, and read. Even adults sing along too.

Emmy nominated Composer and co-producer of "Sing With Max," Craig Brandwynne states, "Children's music is usually less intense than other genres, it still has to be interesting, and the "Max" songs' messages accomplish this with a focus on reading, anti-bullying and more. You've got to make it very 'hooky' and very simple," Brandwynne said, "yet have the production sound like it belongs in the pop industry. And that's the challenge."

Produced by Craig Brandwynne and Anthony M.T. Majewski songs on the album include:

"Read A Book" (Pop) 1 in 5 people in the world are illiterate, 2/3 being women inspired the song from the award winning "Read With Max" books series. Max uses this song as his official theme to encourage children and adults all over the world to read a book.

"Dogs Move Too" (Pop) The average person moves 11.7 times in a lifetime and especially difficult for children having to move away from family and friends. Inspired from Max children's book "Dogs Move Too." This song shares the emotions of moving from a dogs prospective. If a dog can move you can too.

"Tell Me" (Country) Children and adults often question if they fit in. Inspired by Max's upcoming cartoon series this song encourages you to figure out how to best fit in and be accepted.

"Cooking is Fun" (Pop) Obesity being a major social issue among children and adults, this song is about cooking and eating healthy, was inspired from Max's upcoming book "Max's & Friends Like Cooking Too" children's book.

"Everyone's your Friend" (Electric/Pop) At least 10 percent of children are bullied regularly. This song is intended to bring further awareness and inspired for Max's future book about Anti-bulling. This social topic affects both children and adults. The song was written and composed by Keaton Lusk initially for the children's album. However, it bridges to an older audience such as middle school age kids as well as adults.

"Look At Me Now" (Children's Lullaby) Thousands of dogs work and help those with disabilities. It's the volunteer and puppy raisers who spend hours training these dogs who often are never get recognized for their dedication and support to these animals. Inspired from "Dogs Work Too" book the song is about a working dog growing up to help someone disabled. Sung by a young boy you feel as if you are the puppy growing up. Max dedicates this song to all those puppy raisers who help raise dogs for the disabled.

"Max The Dog Saves Christmas" (Light Blues) Every year Santa delivers presents to children around the world, but I bet you never knew that Rudolf the Reindeer got sick on one Christmas eve. Santa's called Max, a dog, he knew would help him on Christmas Eve and now the rest is all history.
