The expansion project, which aligns with the design standards of the Radisson chain, was developed by a firm of local architects.

The executive meeting rooms, designed to mirror an executive's business office, are ideal for professionals staying at the hotel. Services and technology include projection screens, Wi -Fi, telephone, air conditioning and bathrooms. They can accommodate 3 to 15 people and are equipped for meetings, conferences or trainings.
The second phase of this project, to be completed by the end of 2014, features construction of another 9 guestrooms and complete remodeling of the lobby and meeting rooms.
