Axiologix Completes Acquisition of E*pad

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ--(Marketwire - January 24, 2011) - Axiologix Education Corporation ( (OTCBB: AXLX), an educational software provider, announced today that they have completed the acquisition of E*pad from Edumedia Software Solutions Corporation. E*pad is an innovative, web based, electronic portfolio, and authentic assessment development application for students and educators. Axiologix will no longer have to pay a margin for the resale E*pad as the Company now owns all intellectual property and rights to the software application. Under the terms of the Agreement, Axiologix acquires all rights and intellectual property of E*pad from Edumedia for a combination of restricted stock and cash.
