(OTC PINK: AXGI) announced today that the Company has undergone a change of management, with the new President and Director of the Company being Mr. Jianmin Zhang. The Company also disclosed that it has begun the process of changing its name to Wincash Resources, Inc., subject to approval by FINRA.

The Company's new management is excited to bring value to the organization and has already begun negotiations for the acquisition of companies in the mining and forestry industries.
