Ayasdi company was celebrated last Thursday at the San Francisco Business Times Tech and Innovation Awards reception. Among the other companies recognized for their innovation and impact were last year's enterprise IPO breakout Splunk, the leading file sharing service Dropbox, and the popular disruptive car sharing service Uber.

AlwaysOn's 2013 OnDemand Top Private Companies to Watch Award: AlwaysOn is a business media brand connecting and informing the entrepreneurial community in the global Silicon Valley.
