VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 26, 2015) - AYDON INCOME PROPERTIES INC. (CSE:AYD), announces that effective November 1st, 2015 Allan Goulding will be resigning from his position as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and will now continue to serve as an independent Director for the Company and will also chair the Audit Committee. Vid Wadhwani will assume the role of CFO and will also continue to serve as Chairman of the Board. David C Carkeek will become the Company's new Chief Operating Officer ("COO") and will assume the day to day responsibilities of the real estate acquisitions and management.
