Mr. Vern Stromkins is a licensed mortgage broker in B.C. and Alberta and a licensed realtor in B.C. He has worked in the banking industry for over 40 years and held senior positions in both personal and commercial banking, having worked for the Royal Bank of Canada, BDC, TD Bank and G & F financial. Mr. Stromkins was instrumental in creating two capital pool corporations and has held CFO positions in a number of public companies. He owns Delta Pacific Management Corp., a licensed mortgage brokerage, dba Centrex Financial, and a private real estate holding company.
The Company also announces the resignation of Mr. Allan Goulding from the Board. Management thanks Mr. Goulding for his past service and wishes him well.
