AZCAR and Shotoku Announce Strategic Alliance

CANONSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA--(Marketwire - July 17, 2008) - AZCAR Digital Products (ADP), a division of AZCAR (TSX:AZZ), announces its partnership today with Shotoku Broadcast Systems, a leading manufacturer of manual and robotically controlled camera support products. The agreement establishes Shotoku as a significant manufacturer in ADP's catalog of quality equipment suppliers. AZCAR will sell and service these products to various market sectors in the North American region. The announcement was made by Bill Frazier, Vice President of ADP, from AZCAR's U.S. headquarters in Canonsburg, Pa.
