AZCAR Reports AGM Voting Results

MARKHAM, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 20, 2008) - Stephen Pumple, CEO, AZCAR Technologies Incorporated,(TSX:AZZ) is pleased to report the voting results from the AZCAR AGM pursuant to section 11.3 of National Instrument 51-102.

In accordance with Section 11.3 of National Instrument 41-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations, this report briefly describes the matters voted upon and the outcome of the votes at the annual meeting of shareholders of Azcar Technologies Incorporated (the "Corporation") held on May 14, 2008 in Toronto, Ontario (the "Meeting"). The matters set out below are described in greater detail in the Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Management Information Circular mailed to shareholders on April 23, 2008.

1. Minutes of Prior Meeting of Shareholders

On a show of hands, the minutes of the meeting of shareholders held on May 10, 2007 were approved.

2. Appointment of Auditors

On a show of hands, the Chairman declared that the shareholders ratified the appointment of parker simone LLP as auditors of the Corporation and authorized the directors to fix the said auditors' remuneration.

3. Election of Directors

On a show of hands, the Chairman declared that the shareholders ratified the election as directors of all nominees listed in the Information Circular, specifically: Murray Desnoyer, David George, Robert Jenks, Charles Jablonski, Claude Lewis, Stephen Pumple and Patrick Whittingham.
