AZCAR Welcomes Kenneth C. Fuller as North America Director of Engineering

CANONSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 28, 2008) - AZCAR (TSX:AZZ) welcomes Kenneth C. Fuller as Director of Engineering, North America, responsible for all of AZCAR's engineering operations. Formerly, Ken was Vice President of Technology at Ascent Media Group, where his responsibilities included strategic technology evaluation and implementation across the Creative, Media, and Networks groups within Ascent. Prior to Ascent, Ken was Vice President of Broadcast Operations at Fox Networks, managing the daily operations of the Fox Network and six Fox Cable channel.

Ken was also previously the Director of Transmission and Broadcast Operations for NBC Olympics in New York, responsible for NBC's Olympics network transmission interconnection network and facility management. Ken was with NBC for eighteen years and has held various positions with the Network Transmission Operations and Engineering, as well as operations/transmission positions for the 1988, 1992, 1996, 2000, and 2002 Olympic Games.

Ken, a Certified Broadcast Engineer, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Nyack College, NY. Ken is the current Executive Vice President for SMPTE, having previously been the Conference Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer for the society. Ken has also been a SMPTE New York Section Governor and Section Manager.
