Azincourt Uranium Announces Board Change


SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN--(Marketwired - Feb. 6, 2015) - AZINCOURT URANIUM INC. ("Azincourt" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:AAZ) announces that effective today, Dev Randhawa has resigned from the board of directors of the Company.

Ted O'Connor, President and CEO of Azincourt, commented,
