Session Highlights Challenges, Lessons Learned and Methods to Mitigate Latency

In his presentation, Mr. Tene will demonstrate and discusses some common pitfalls, false assumptions and problematic measurement techniques that lead to dramatically incorrect reporting results. He will also explain how these false measurements naturally occur using the most common and widely adopted measurement methods and tools in use today.
