B2X Appoints Ralf Gruesshaber as Chief Financial Officer

SAN FRANCISCO, CA and MUNICH, GERMANY--(Marketwired - Nov 18, 2014) - B2X Care Solutions, the leading provider of customer care for smart mobile devices, today announced that it has appointed Ralf Gruesshaber as the company's Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Gruesshaber will join the executive management team, leading B2X's finance department from the company's headquarters in Munich and leveraging his experience with mergers & acquisitions as the company continues to expand. In addition to his position as CFO, Gruesshaber will act as a board member alongside CEO, Thomas Berlemann.

With more than twenty years of experience in the technology industry and ten years of serving as a board-level CFO at Telegate, an international public company, Gruesshaber has experience leading finance and accounting teams through periods of tremendous growth. In his previous role, he developed a broad range of knowledge with mergers & acquisitions, handling over 10 transactions worldwide. Prior to his involvement with Telegate, Gruesshaber was at Hewlett-Packard for six years, most recently serving as a finance manager of the EMEA region.
