Innovative Smartphone Manufacturer Partners With Leading Customer Care Provider for Global Expansion Efforts

B2X will initially support the new device rollout in key European markets, Hong Kong and India, with plans for expansion into other Asian markets as well.

B2X will comprehensively support the YOTAPHONE2 after sales repair, parts and logistics through its software technology, global service partner network and highly experienced staff around the world providing end-to-end customer care services for the devices. B2X's technology and Smart Service Platform provides a consistent interface for claims validation, correction and invoicing while also handling data analysis for spare parts forecasting and planning.
