Baby Gourmet Postpones Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders in Response to Widespread Flooding

CALGARY, AB--(Marketwired - Jun 23, 2013) - Baby Gourmet Foods Inc. ("Baby Gourmet") is postponing its scheduled Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") as a result of the state of emergency declared within the City of Calgary and the Province of Alberta in response to the widespread infrastructure flooding, road closures and building evacuations. The Meeting was scheduled to be held June 24, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at 2400 525 - 8^th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta. The Meeting has been rescheduled to 3:00 p.m. (Calgary time) on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at the same location.
