Bad Toys Holdings Extends Service Contract for Ambulance Service in Mississippi

Health Services Contract Extension Expected to Exceed $3 Million in Gross Revenues in 2006

KINGSPORT, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 21, 2006 -- Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: BTYH) announced today that its Southland Division has signed a "Letter of Intent" for a one year extension of the existing Contractual Agreement to be activated at the expiration of the current term, March 31, 2006. The "Letter of Intent" was approved and signed by the President of the Board of Supervisors on March 17, 2006. The original Contractual Agreement defined the contract term shall be for one period of three years commencing on the 1st day of April 2004 and ending on the 31st Day of March 2007.

Pearl River County, MS

The company successfully completed its "letter of intent" continuing the contract with Pearl River County, MS. The agreement includes both emergency and non-emergency ambulance service. This is a sole provider contract whereby the Company is the only provider within the County. This County generated gross revenues of $2,850,000 for Southland in 2005. The Company expects gross revenues to exceed $3 million for 2006.

Hurricane Katrina

Pearl River County, MS is one of the counties adversely affected by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. During and after the disaster the Company made the corporate decision to do whatever was in our power to provide aid and assistance to the community and governmental agencies working the disaster. The Company dispatched Ambulances, equipment and manpower from our operations in Alabama, Virginia and Tennessee to assist in the aftermath of this destructive storm. Southland employees worked endless hours to assist victims before handling their own personal matters. Covenant Health and Rehab of Picayune in Pearl River had to close as a result of the disaster. We are pleased to announce that Covenant Health and Rehab of Picayune has re-opened and held an Open House on Wednesday, March 15, 2006. During the Open House, Southland employees were honored for their efforts in the aftermath of Katrina. New patients are being brought in weekly. We are very pleased to continue to offer services to this community.

The Company is uniquely positioned to become one of the leaders in the ambulance and medical transportation industry. The Company will continue to grow by acquiring independent rural service providers where synergies and economies of scale will provide profits, expanding its current existing contractual relationships and expanding into new markets.
