Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. Announces Anticipated "Ex-Dividend" Date to Effect the Spin-Off of Its Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, Southland Health Services, Inc.

KINGSPORT, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 12, 2007 -- Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: BTYH) (the "Company") announced today that in conjunction with its plans to finalize the spin-off of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Southland Health Services, Inc. ("Southland"), the Company anticipates its shares will begin trading "ex-dividend" (without the right to receive the Company's declared dividend of shares of the common stock of Southland) on February 1, 2007. As such, the Company anticipates that all shareholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2007 will be entitled to the dividend of shares of Southland common stock. The Company is in the process of completing all of the required filings with NASDAQ required to establish the definitive ex-dividend date and complete the spin-off.
