Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. Announces Ex-Dividend Date for Its Spin-Off of Its Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Southland Health Services, Inc.

KINGSPORT, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 24, 2007 --Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: BTYH) (the "Company") announced today that, in conjunction with its plans to spin-off its wholly owned subsidiary, Southland Health Services, Inc. ("Southland"), the Company has received an Ex-Dividend Date of February 2, 2007 ("Ex-Dividend Date") from NASDAQ. The Ex-Dividend Date establishes the shareholders eligible to receive the Company's declared dividend of shares of the common stock of Southland. The Company anticipates that it will pay the dividend to the beneficial owners in certificate form.
