Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. Announces the Renewal of Three Ambulance Service Contracts for Its Southland Healthcare Division

KINGSPORT, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 30, 2007 -- Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: BTYH) announced today its Southland Healthcare Division has renewed three County contracts to be the sole provider of 911 and non-emergency ambulance services.

The Counties associated with these renewals are Winston County, MS., Panola County, MS and Sunflower County, MS. The renewals are for two years, three years and three years, respectively and are expected to produce approximately $10 million in collective gross revenue over the life of the renewals.

Larry N. Lunan, Chief Executive Officer, stated, "The Company's ability to continue to renew our existing contracts prior to their expiration dates are a testament to the talented individuals who work daily within these counties providing superior service to their constituents."
