Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. Announces the Hiring of VP of Human Resources

KINGSPORT, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 10, 2006 -- Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: BTYH) announced today its Southland Health Services Division has hired Clark Ingram as its new Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. Mr. Ingram has an extensive background in the Human Resource arena in labor intense environments. Mr. Ingram has a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Business Administration from Texas A & M at Texarkana. Mr. Ingram is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
