Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. Informs Shareholders of Southland Division Updates

KINGSPORT, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 5, 2007 -- Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: BTYH) (the "Company") announced today that although the Company has effectively "spun-off" its wholly owned subsidiary, Southland Health Services, Inc. ("Southland"), the Company will continue to include Southland's financial results in its consolidated financial statements through the period ending February 28, 2007.

Larry Lunan, CEO of Bad Toys Holdings, Inc., commented, "We are pleased and excited that after this lengthy process we have finally achieved our objective of separating the two companies. Southland will be a non-trading public company until such time as we obtain a listing on a senior exchange."
