Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. Releases 3rd Quarter Results

KINGSPORT, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 14, 2005 -- Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: BTYH) announces the release of its 3rd quarter results. The Company reported revenue of $11,888,119 for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 and $34,054,209 for the nine months ended September 30, 2005. The increase in revenues is attributable to the Company's acquisition of Southland Health Services, Inc. The Company also reported profits for the quarter of $1,248,732, or $.07 per share, and year to date profits of $2,702,691, or $.16 per share. Larry N. Lunan, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "The Company's third consecutive profitable quarter demonstrates the strength of its new Southland Health Services division."

The Company anticipates continued growth in both divisions during the fourth quarter through internal expansion and additional acquisitions. Mr. Lunan stated, "Even though our operations and cash collections were negatively impacted by Hurricane Katrina, the Company has made substantial improvements in its operations this quarter. Furthermore, the Company's balance sheet also has improved and we continue to be focused on completing our financing activities."
