Bad Toys Holdings Signs Renewal Service Contract for Ambulance Service in Kansas

Expanded Service Area in Kansas Will Provide Health Services Gross Revenues of $2.9 Million Over Three Years

KINGSPORT, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 9, 2007 -- Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: BTYH) announced today that its Southland Division has signed a contract for a three-year term continuing its services in Kansas expiring on December 31, 2009. The contract was approved and signed by the President of the Board of Supervisors on January 8, 2007. The original Contractual Agreement, which began on January 1, 2004, provided for two full-time ambulances and one part-time call in unit with subsidy revenues of $380,000 per year. The new contract executed on January 8, 2007 expands our coverage in the County and provides for three full-time ambulances. In addition, the County Government is providing a location for an additional station. The contract subsidy revenue is for $540,000, $548,000 and $548,000 annually in 2007, 2008 and 2009, respectively. The Company operation in the County is estimated to provide Patient Services Gross Revenues of $1.3 million in addition to the $1.6 million of County subsidy revenue over the three years ending December 31, 2009.
