Bad Toys Holdings Signs Two New Service Contracts for Ambulance Service in Mississippi

Additional Health Services Gross Revenues Expected to Add 2 Million in 2005

KINGSPORT, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 24, 2005 -- Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: BTYH) announced today that its Southland Division has signed contracts for sole provider ambulance service to two new Mississippi Counties. This brings the total number of counties in Mississippi to 30, which the company provides ambulance services.

Lawrence County, MS, was a hospital-based service that the Company took over in April. The Company acquired the hospital's three fully equipped ALS ambulances. Gross revenues for Lawrence County will exceed $800,000 in the fiscal year 2005. The Company signed a three-year contract.

Pearl River County, MS; The Company had the winning bid and with the contract the Company acquired one fully equipped ALS ambulance. The Company was currently operating in the southern section of the County and has the entire infrastructure in place to accommodate the increased call volume. This county will add $1,200,000 in gross revenues for Southland in 2005. The Company will commence service in May 2005.
