ePrize Powers a Rewards Program That Allows Consumers to Create Their Own Rewards

DETROIT, MI--(Marketwired - Dec 2, 2013) - ePrize, a global leader in digital, mobile, social and live-event engagement, today announced a new mobile loyalty program, Bagger Dave's Fresh Rewards, for Bagger Dave's Freshly-Crafted Burger Tavern. Michigan-based Bagger Dave's partnered with Detroit-headquartered ePrize to create a loyalty and in-store rewards program aimed at better understanding and expanding the brand's customer base with tangible data and insights.

Patrons can participate in Bagger Dave's Fresh Rewards via microsite registration, SMS or by scanning an in-store QR code. Once enrolled, patrons are rewarded by checking in at any Bagger Dave's location, purchasing specific products, rating their dining experience, referring friends, or sharing the program via Twitter or Facebook. The mobile program also includes dynamic instant win game experiences with a variety of rewards. These include gift certificates, along with big ticket prizes such as $10,000 to use toward a holiday shopping spree.

Bagger Dave's Fresh Rewards is a useful internal SMB tool for the business as well. With customer surveys, Bagger Dave's can increase its CRM database, engage more effectively with its current guests and expand to a key target demographic (young professionals ages 18-35).

The brand wanted to enhance its personalized experience by leveraging a tailor-made loyalty and rewards program. Bagger Dave's partnered with ePrize to create an agile campaign with the flexibility to optimize based on consumer insights and program performance.

DRH operates 35 BWW restaurants: 17 in Michigan, 10 in Florida, 4 in Illinois and 4 in Indiana.
