Bank of America's Chairman Kenneth Lewis Returns to Town Hall

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - June 5, 2007) - Kenneth Lewis, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, Bank of America, will speak with Town Hall Los Angeles on Tuesday, June 12, 2007. In Lewis' address, "Beyond the Bottom Line: Business on the Cutting Edge," he will discuss the importance of California to the company, and new opportunities for businesses in the areas of education, affordable housing, community economic development, philanthropy and the environment.

This marks Lewis' second appearance at Town Hall. In 2001, he delivered the address "The Opportunity of a Lifetime - Shaping the Financial Services Industry in a New Century."

Lewis joined North Carolina National Bank (NCNB) predecessor to NationsBank and Bank of America, in 1969 as a Credit Analyst. After rising through the management ranks, he was named Chairman, CEO and President of Bank of America in 2001.
